Book a SCRAP Birthday Party

Please complete the following information at least two weeks in advance of your desired party date. The education program manager will contact you within 48 business hours of receiving the form to confirm a date and time for your birthday party. Please note that completing this form is NOT a reservation for your birthday party.

Please provide at least three possibilities. Parties are available on most Sundays 11:00 am - 4:00pm or other days depending on studio availability. You may arrive 10-15 minutes before to set up, if needed. Must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
